About Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1

QQQ tracks the Nasdaq-100, which is the 100 largest non-financial companies listed on Nasdaq. In practice, it's heavily weighted toward technology and growth stocks. The top five holdings (Apple, Nvidia, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta) alone represent over 30% of the fund.

The Nasdaq-100 excludes financial companies by design and tends to skew toward businesses with high revenue growth and lower dividends. QQQ is essentially a bet on continued technology sector outperformance relative to the broader market.

QQQ has significantly outperformed the S&P 500 over the past 15 years, driven by tech dominance. But it also fell harder during the 2022 rate-hike cycle and the 2000 dot-com collapse. Higher long-term upside, larger drawdowns.
